Fast, precise cutters that handle virtually every kind of material 

An advanced digitally controlled servo motor and 32-bit RISC CPU gives the CAMM-1 PRO unbeatable cutting performance. Designed to produce signs and displays at high speeds and with unmatched accuracy, the CAMM-1 PRO minimizes set-up times for fast results with the ability to store settings and parameters for the various materials most frequently used.

The CAMM-1 PRO features three cutting modes:

  • Normal: for most self-adhesive vinyl and films.
  • Heavy: for thick, reflective films and rubber masking sheets for sandblasting
  • High speed: for large signs and displays.

A host of versatile features have been incorporated into the CAMM-1 PRO Series, including a button for test cutting, and menu options for blade force adjustments in steps as fine as 10g, cutter speed adjustment and over-cutting.

This machine is so adaptable that it can handle just about any media required for professional signmaking, with perfect results guaranteed every time. A dedicated stand and sheet roll holder are included, together with a newly developed feed mechanism. Once a vinyl roll of up to 50 meter in length is loaded, continuous cutting of multiple designs or large-scale signs and banners can be produced with unattended operation.

Easy operation, versatile functionality and built-in safety 

The design of the CAMM-1 PRO Series allows even inexperienced users to produce quality results effortlessly, with easy loading of media and an intelligent interface which takes care of all basic settings. In addition, crop marks can be inserted for alignment of signs from color printers. The Pre-feed and Area functions of the CAMM-1 PRO enable large signs and banners to be produced with superior accuracy (0.004" or less guaranteed repeatability under 26.247' length, for materials 24" or less in width).

The CAMM-1 PRO's transparent front cover enables the machine to operate with maximum safety, with the cutter automatically pausing when the cover is lifted. Closing the cover enables cutting to continue automatically with no loss of data, particularly helpful when changing blades.

Open architecture design ensures that the CAMM-1 PRO will interface with any PC or Macintosh computer, and with all popular CAS and graphics packages. Included with the CAMM-1 PRO are drivers for Windows® 95/98/NT.
