SmarTrac™ Precision Cutting 

• Smart processing allows 1/10 in. (2.5 mm) letters to be cut with unmatched precision and up to 3 times faster. Expect perfect circles, sharp corners and a precise weed box. 

• A combination of down force, Smart software, Cobra™ blade design and platen (cutting surface) shape allows detail designs to be cut on thick (35 mil) sandblast resist. Repeated tests produce logos and letters down to 1/4 in. 

• Bladesaver™ protects the blade if cutting off or through the material. This increases blade life and allows cutting of stencils, die-cut labels and pouncing. 

• A high speed processor and 1 megabyte buffer handle the most complex files to increase plotting speed. 

• Cut 2" letters from a 2-1/4" scrap with the flexible design. 

• Adjustable wheel pressure for different types of media (vinyl, paper, sandblast, rubylith, reflective, etc.) ensures accurate tracking.
